Kashoo 2.0 is all about introducing a new and improved workflow that automatically categorizes and reconciles for you. We’ve really focused on reducing redundant bookkeeping tasks so that small business owners are able to take back their time and focus on growing their business.
Instead of the “do-it-yourself” workspace that you’re used to with traditional accounting software, we’re introducing the Smart Inbox. A familiar space, much like your email inbox, where you can focus on reviewing and managing your most current business transactions.
The Inbox makes it incredibly easy to categorize and reconcile your books. Just connect your business accounts and credit cards and Kashoo will import up to a year’s worth of data for your business.
Once the data has been populated into your inbox, all you have to do is review and categorize your transactions before posting them to your ledger.
We’ve even built in machine learning to save you time—once you categorize your recurring transactions, Kashoo will remember your selection and automate the process for you in the future.
What Does This Mean For Your Time?
Once you’re set up within Kashoo, all it takes is just 5 minutes or less every month spent reviewing your transactions and you’ll be able to view the most up-to-date and accurate financial reports.

Beyond The Inbox
Beyond our new and improved workspace, the Inbox, Kashoo also offers some of the most useful features to help small business owners run their business.
You can expect to see:
Kashoo will automatically match deposits and payments to customer records. Once you’ve created your invoice within Kashoo, the payment transaction will show a “Match Found” badge, indicating there is a corresponding invoice within the system.
OCR Receipt Matching
In addition to automatic reconciling, Kashoo also provides OCR and matching for receipts. Simply drop an image of a receipt in the Inbox and Kashoo will automatically match it to a transaction.
User Roles and Unlimited Users
Kashoo 2.0 does not charge extra for additional users added to your business. You can also assign user roles depending on the access level you want to provide to each user.
Brand New Visual Dashboard
Having a visual dashboard available on our web app has been a popular request amongst our users! With the new visual dashboard, you’re able to see your business year-on-year and month-on-month comparisons at a glance, as well as other valuable financial data.
