Kashoo will be unavailable on Friday, June 8, 2012 (noon – 11pm PT)
At Kashoo we’re growing faster than ever and to ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible experience, we are upgrading our hosting. Later this week, we’re moving Kashoo to new state-of-the-art data centers managed by Rackspace, the industry leader in enterprise-level hosting.
During the upgrade, your accounting data in Kashoo will be unavailable. Once the upgrade has completed you’ll have an even better experience with a faster Kashoo.
When is the upgrade?
The upgrade is scheduled for Friday, June 8, 2012 from noon – 11pm Pacific time.
This time period was selected in order to impact the fewest number of customers possible.
How will this impact me?
You will not be able to log into Kashoo.com to access your accounting data for the entire duration of the upgrade. Once the upgrade has been completed you will benefit from better performance when using Kashoo.
Does this impact Kashoo for iPad?
If you are using Kashoo for iPad, you will be able to continue working “offline” but you will not be able to sync your data with Kashoo.com during the upgrade period. You may encounter an error if you initiate a sync. Details on how to temporarily disable syncing can be found on our support site.
