Over the past couple of weeks we have been rolling out updates to our web and iOS app. Here’s a preview of what you can expect when you sign in to Kashoo. The major update to our iOS app is to enable better support for the large screen format of the 12.9″ iPad Pro. We’re huge fans of the potential of the iPad Pro, and we will continue to enhance Kashoo to support the Keyboard, Pencil, and additional capabilities of the iPad Pro product line. On the web app, we’ve been listening carefully to your feedback regarding the changes we made in January, and are addressing some key issues our clients have pointed out: The “Reference #” and “Notes” fields are now always available when entering Income and Expenses. Our “Date” fields now accept dates which have been entered with hyphens. Now when you choose “Last Year,” in the Balance Sheet or Income Statement reports, there’s no date to pick. In the report, you’ll just see the figures for your last fiscal year. We have fixed a bug that was causing the “Shift+Enter” shortcut to not function properly on the bill payment and adjustment entry screens. Lastly, in addition to these enhancements above, the updates also include upgraded performance and some minor bug fixes. As with any software platform, bugs are inevitable, but having our clients identifying them for us in real-world use is invaluable. Thank you for that! And thank you for being patient with remedies.
