Over the past couple of years, we’ve been rethinking and rebuilding Kashoo. As it turns out, so much of bookkeeping work is repetitive and can be automated using machine learning and artificial intelligence. This means you can spend less time on accounting and more time on your business. We think this will fundamentally change how you think about and use Kashoo. Making Kashoo smarter also allows us to simplify the workflow and address many of the suggestions you’ve put forward over the years to make Kashoo more intuitive and straightforward. Here are three specific ways the new Kashoo will save you time, reduce errors in your books, and make the entire experience more delightful. We’ve automated bank reconciliations. Now, Kashoo learns from how you’ve categorized accounts and handled taxes and will automatically record new bank and credit card transactions. You only need to review transactions that Kashoo doesn’t already know how to categorize. As you handle exceptions, Kashoo will learn about each expense, invoice and transfer, and will properly allocate to the correct account, contact (client or vendor), or project, and handle the sales tax. We’ve added visually intuitive dashboards, new reporting tools, and business insights to help you understand the numbers behind your business. We’ve taken the best from our mobile and desktop apps and harmonized the look and feel so Kashoo feels fresh, intuitive, and easier to navigate. Needless to say, we’re very excited! Starting today, we’d like to get your feedback on the improvements and invite you to take a sneak peek at what is coming this fall! We’re inviting a limited number of small business owners (max 10) to participate in a 30-minute online session to get a guided tour of the new Kashoo with myself and the team. The goal is to get your first impressions and feedback on all the new features. This select group will also be invited to participate in some early testing before we open it up to a broader audience this fall. If you’re interested in joining our focus group and learning more about the new Kashoo, just send us an email by clicking the button below and let us know. We will reply and help you get set up.
