We recently pushed out an update to the Kashoo web app. Here’s what’s new and improved… First off, Attachments are visible on the web. Now, when you snap a picture of a receipt with the Kashoo iPad app, you (or your accountant or bookkeeper) can see it instantly, via a web browser. In the expense record screenshot below, you’ll see a little paperclip in the lower right corner. When you’re logged in on the web, clicking on the paperclip will bring up the Attachment (second screenshot). Also notice, in the screenshot above, the gray and green icons beneath the image. That indicates that there are multiple Attachments with an expense that you can view. We’ve spruced up a few other things around the web app to further simplify your cloud accounting experience. Data validation on forms has been improved. Same goes for the tax calculator. And you can also now alphabetize vendors in check printing. Log in to you account and see what’s new.
