Yes. You can access Kashoo from anywhere you have an Internet connection. We built it this way because we want you to choose how you work. We want to give you the latest updates, bug fixes, and features as soon as possible.
You can also work offline by downloading the Kashoo iPhone/iPad app. Take Kashoo with you so you have all your data on hand, wherever you go.
Kashoo has the ability to import a trial balance (which is the chart of accounts and opening balances), customers, and vendors. This data can be imported from any software that can provide a CSV or Excel spreadsheet of this data.

Importing the trial balance will enter into Kashoo your accounting information for a certain point in time. Transaction level details, such as invoices or expenses will not be imported into Kashoo when you import your trial balance.
If you’d like to get transaction level details into Kashoo, you can do so by uploading your bank transactions using the bank reconciliation feature as seen in this article.
